WordPress Issues

For some reason, I can’t log into my blog on the computer. The menu is missing from the top so I can’t get onto the dashboard. The mobile app seems to be OK, and the dashboard is available on Splodge and Splatter, my other blog, so from there I can get onto Beyond the Sphere’s dashboard, but it is far from ideal.

It’s been a busy day today, so no post to speak of apart from this. Hopefully this posts, but we shall see. I first noticed the problems yesterday. They may or may not tie in with the new block editor that has now been forced upon me, although that just may be a coincidence.

I experience lots of coincidences, so hopefully this is just another. It’s not a created coincidence, however, and I really hope the problems are sorted soon. Time will tell and we shall see.

Universal Magic

The Universe listens. The Universe delivers. The Universe complies.

We tap into that power with our thoughts and feelings. We draw everything from that Universal Magic whether we’re conscious of it or not. Most of the time we don’t even notice what the Universe is doing for us, but behind the scenes the Universe is working very hard for us.

We notice coincidences. That’s the Universe’s doing. We’re ‘moved’ to be in the right place at the right time to see the coincidence. If we notice it, that is. The more coincidences we look for the more we see, only we have to be aware otherwise the moment will pass us by.

That awareness is key.

Just by opening up a little, becoming more aware of what is happening around us amplifies the Universal Magic.

Our Universe doesn’t need to be everything in all of existence, although it could be if we wanted it to. Our Universe could be the town where we live, the building we live in, the chair we set in, or even each breath we take in. Just focus on what coincidence you would like to see, and then wait – maybe for not too long – for the Universe to bring it to you.

Sometimes the Universe is subtle. And sometimes the Universe delivers a jaw-dropping whoa! moment. Both delivery methods are fun.

Well, it is magic!

The Art of Synchronistic Blogging

Synchronicity Strikes!!!

The above grainy images are actually one image. And truth be told, they are only grainy in the above image, not in their original formats. I’ve included links later in the post so you can check out the images in their crispness.

Let me explain a little.

As you may be aware (well, if you’re new to blogging you may not be!) my blog visits have slipped into that sparse wilderness of late… they are just behind my replying to comments, which by all accounts are about to fall off the end of the world – although I will ensure that doesn’t happen, and I WILL REPLY TO ALL COMMENTS SOON… the caps there are to drum the thought into my head, I’m not shouting it at you!

I’ve just called into the reader, and found the latest post from Elaine there. You remember Elaine – we had the four painting blog challenge going on the other week – and I simply had to like her post and leave a comment. The posts I like appear in the sidebar over there – it should be on the right, but it could be in a totally different place if you are viewing the blog from a different device – and that is where my latest experience of Blogging Synchronicity occurred.

It also may not be in the same format for very long, depending upon the next posts that I like, hence I’ve added another screenshot (which should be to the left this time, device permitting!) which shows the latest posts that I’ve liked.

The posts I’m waffling on about (yes, thank you, I am getting to the point!) are the top two… the lady and the gentleman looking onward into the great beyond.

The first painting is Elaine’s, which she has titled The End Of The World. The second image has been selected by Hélène from Willow Poetry for her weekly What Do You See? blogging challenge. My response to Hélène’s challenge is here. Written on the wall in Hélène’s image are the words ‘The Beginning is Near’!

What struck me with the two images is how similar yet how totally different the two are, and they have ended up side by side in my sidebar. By pure chance. And only for now. They will soon go out of synch, then back in synch, then out of synch again for the next so many likes… but there’s the next issue. Look closely and you will see currently a quirky quirk with this theme… and after the top two, the other squares in my Liked Posts widget start to slip apart from each other.

One’s female, the other male. One’s daytime, the other night. One’s open, the other blocked. One refers to the end the other the beginning. The colours, the paintings, are totally different from each other, yet seeing them side by side has sparked a major feeling of synchronicity within me… and synchronicity to me always means right place right time. And that makes me Feel Good!

I love experiencing synchronistic events – even those that are days apart. Although I do tend to spot the odd connection or two at times this type of Connection is magical.

Synchronistic Blogging… have you experienced it recently?

Magpie Magic

Nature is amazing, isn’t she?

In the corner of the Garden is a little grave where Simba lies sleeping, since she took her soul up to the Great Cattery Heaven.

When she first departed, we marked where she lay with a simple but artificial red rose. We always say ‘hello’ to her, when we see her little place, but over time the rose became weathered and battered. It was replaced by another rose, but in time the same happened to that, and they vanished from the plot.

Recently, the corner of the Garden has just been bare, lawn-covered and bathed only in glorious sunshine.

Earlier today, two magpies were in the Garden, a mother and her baby. The baby was  lying on the grass, watching her mother busying herself doing what magpie mothers do. She hopped in the sunshine, and walked in the shade. Back and to to the dry tub where we normally leave water for the birds and other creatures to drink.

I went out to fill the tub, and the magpies flew just a little further away to a safe distance. I watched them for a while, as they watched me, and then I returned back inside.

A short time later, I looked out of the window, and saw the baby magpie lying on the lawn in the corner, seemingly pecking on something on the ground above where Simba lay. What the baby was pecking at was red.

I waited for the birds to fly away again before I went out to investigate what was going on.

Can you imagine my surprise when I saw a red rose on the place where Simba is sleeping? It was one of the red artificial ones, which have been misled for quite a while. But for it to be in the very spot where it lay originally, apparently placed there by a baby magpie – well, that makes you think.

I don’t know if you remember Simba, there are a few photos of her dotted about throughout the blog… she was a gorgeous black and white cat with the friendliest of personalities. Black and white. The colour of magpies.

Like I say… Nature is amazing isn’t she? Full of Fabulous surprises.

(The picture that accompanies this post is a quick and wobbly digital doodah of a magpie. Or that’s what it’s meant to be anyway! I can’t recreate the beauty of the real thing.)

From Across the Miles

At the beginning of September this year, I received a very nice surprise. Totally out of the blue, and completely unexpected.

Every month, Raili from SoulGifts in Australia, chooses one of her followers to be the recipient of one of her Soul Gifts, and in September she chose me. I didn’t receive the gift until the beginning of October, and decided to wait until November to post about it so that this post didn’t get lost within all the Halloweeny madness that went on last month. And the gift that Raili sent to me was not only a gift to my soul, but one for my sight, sound and smell senses as well! Fabulous!

The first thing I noticed was the relaxing scent that greeted me as soon as I opened the parcel. Raili had wrapped her gift in several sheets of different coloured tissue paper, enhancing each layer with a blend of essential oils to match the individual energy vibration that each layer represented. Upon each layer, Raili had written the names of each blend:

Transformation / Abundance

Sacred Mountain

Joy

Awaken / Balance

Inspiration

Grounding

Clarity

Raili also included a letter and a poem, ‘Birth’, as well as the framed picture. I didn’t remember reading the poem on her blog, but in finding it to link to for this post, I received another surprise. The post had appeared on my birthday. You have to love synchronicity and coincidences. I do… and I experience rather a lot of them!

Could it just be a coincidence that this past weekend’s One Word Sunday theme was ‘Orange’ and the top layer of tissue paper is orange? The Universe moves in mysterious ways indeed!

Now, the picture that Raili created was another surprise. As I was looking at each section in turn, I suddenly realised that I wasn’t looking at one picture, but four of them. Raili had created four ATCs and framed them. I’ve recently started creating ATCs (Artists Trading Cards) myself, so this made the gift even more special, even more personal, if you like.

Each image that Raili created seemed to ‘speak’ to me, as I thought of two words to represent each image

CREATION

ENCHANTMENT

EXPANSION

MAGIC

ILLUMINATION

STARCHILD

COMPLETION /  The WHOLE

Raili told me that this gift had been a labour of birthing which included many weeks of staged and guided steps. So, I’d like to finish this post with one more step, inspired by Raili’s Soul Gift:

Birth of a Starchild

Across all miles
Across all time
Await for the joy to awaken
Through grounding
Through clarity
Appears inspiration
From Sacred Mountain to nursery of stars
There begins transformation
And then balance
And then abundance
Of the magic of creation

Enchantment follows a path of expansion
Where everything slots together
New ideas meet forgotten memories
Burdens become light as a feather
Illumination of all things good
Glows brighter than the Sun
And in that moment, that spark of light,
The creative process has begun

A Starchild
An Idea
A Gift from the Soul
Marks completion of one cycle
But not on the whole
Ideas flow forever more
So grab them with open arms
And through gratitude
And sharing light
Experience never ending charms

Once again, Raili, thank you.
