Night

The rains stop. The clouds disperse, and one by one the stars emerge. The sodden ground slowly drying But damp enough for reflection. Almost everything from Creation swept away. Although maybe Just maybe There’s already a spark of something new.

High Winds

And the high winds come Replacing the thunderous claps With a constant howl. Raindrops, Now ferocious, Like a liquid fire, Lash down Further filling the creation, Scattering colour and petals alike, Consuming what had been here before. Now, the edge is reached.

Thunderstorm

Before tomorrow arrived The sky darkened Bursting open Sending outward Rumble After rumble After rumble Raindrop After raindrop After raindrop, But the Light Danced in an arc. The water carried the Light And the creation began to change.

Phase One

Phase One. Out of nowhere It begins. A splash of colour A random thought A flash of Light. Creation commences… But what will tomorrow bring?

There’s Handy!

Bit of an odd one, this, on reflection. Two photo challenges which only really become apparent by peering into the depths of the still waters of the Lake.
