The Tree Spirits Return

Somewhere in the above picture is a Tree Spirit. Or, I should add, what the Spirit of the Trees want us to see. Or me to see. Or anyone, for that matter.

When I took the photo, I spotted it straight away, but as soon as I uploaded the image to my computer I couldn’t find it. They’re like that, the Tree Spirits. They’re here one minute, and gone the next.

So… can you see it? What looks like the Spirit’s mask, there, in the centre? It’s not very big, but it’s there.

This next image shows it a little better… I’ve highlighted it…

Clearly a face of some kind, but not what I usually see when I spot a Tree Spirit.

Maybe you can see other Spirits around in the image.

Another photo I took captured a spirit cat:

A bit tricky to see it once again, but it’s there. Spirit cats look slightly different to the cats that we know… just as Tree Spirits look slightly different to people! Makes sense, really!

I’ll highlight it once again:

There are many more Tree Spirits in both of these photos… the more you look, the more they appear.

And yes, I realise these photos aren’t exactly trees, but the Spirit of the Tree can appear anywhere – in the sky, on the ground, and in and between trees, plants, flowers etcetera. They are always there, patiently waiting, and usually smiling, waiting for us to say a cheery ‘hello’ to them when we see them.

Next time, if you’re out and about and notice a Tree Spirit, listen to the breeze as it gently rustles the leaves… you may hear the Spirit’s whispering. You may hear a secret… or receive an idea… or you may just hear a meow if they’ve let their cat out again!

Keep your eyes (and ears!) open – it’s an amazing world out there!

I like posting this kind of post, VK, but don’t want to do it too often… I felt it was time once again – and I had a little more time this evening!
All’s fine and busy here – hope things are OK over your side as well!

Thanks, Prenin. Sometimes they can be really easy to spot, and the mask (or face) jumped out at me when I first saw the photo, but it took me an age to find it again when I uploaded it. Very strange!

Spirits are always out there waiting for us to find them 😉

      I think so too, Jennifer!
I like seeing this kind of image when they are crystal clear… the two I’ve highlighted this time are a little more hidden for my liking – although I still like seeing them!

This is so cool, Tom. I see them, I see them! You have a great eye. I bet it takes some practice to find them. I do believe the trees are talking to us. This makes me want to take a nature walk.

Sometimes, Amy, they’re quite tricky to see, but more often than not they tend to leap out at me! I just like pointing them out. And yes, they are telling us things in their own way – I believe that too. Hope you went for your walk and enjoyed it! Have a good weekend.

You need to have a certain ‘eye’ for it. 🙂

Your tree spirits are certainly hard to spot! Just as well I wasn’t hunting one for dinner! I’d have starved 😉 I think I saw a work spirit whilst I was listening to the wind rustling through the trees just outside the work place today though 😉 Lovely it was! But here one minute gone the next! About what you’d expect from a work spirit! lol 😉

The work spirits are a lot harder to find than the tree ones, Icewolf. You were very lucky indeed that day!

I certainly was! lol So much so that I had to lie down and have a gentle snooze in the sun to recover from the shock! I rarely ever find a work spirit I can tell you!! 😉

Thanks for pointing them out. I so overlooked them I’m embarrassed.

No need to be embarrassed, Rebecca… they’re not that easy to spot to start off with. Sometimes, however, they are really clear. I like pointing them out every now and again.

I think I am losing my eyesight Tom, as I scanned it was a good thing you pointed it out.. HE doesn’t look too pleased you took his photo though,, with a down turned mouth!.. The spirit Cat looked much more at ease almost purrring his way through the branches.. 🙂

I hope also you have a Purrrrfect weekend too Tom.. Enjoy..

Hope you’re having a good weekend also, Sue.
I think the face with the down turned mouth is a mask… the faces are usually a little more cheerful!
