Infinite Possibilities

multiple worldsEagle-eyed readers may have noticed one or two errors in my post from yesterday, depending upon the dimension that the post was being read in.

Some errors were more clearly defined and obvious and others were infinitesimally small in comparison. In some outer dimensions, the post hasn’t even been posted yet, and due to the nature of the overlapping-parallel-universe-paradigm, it may or may not be. And then again, if it is, it may or may not contain errors. Conversely, in some inner dimensions, the post was published hours before it was actually written, and it is the overlapping possibilities from these dimensions that may or may not have caused the errors to occur. Such is the uncertainty of reality.

In my reality, I’m pretty sure the post was accurate, and any future historians may take note that although I didn’t see the meteor personally, it was there. And I was here, too. There was a buzz all around the planet. Not from the meteor above it, but from the people on it. Or, to be precise, some of the people on it.

When I wrote the post, my sources referred to the meteor as HU55, and so my initial version of the post referred to it as that as well. Later, when I obtained the image for my post, it was labelled YU55, so I amended the initial draft accordingly.

Some dimensions report that the meteor was closer to the Earth than the Moon. Others say the meteor was closer to the Moon than the Earth. And other dimensions are reporting that CU55 collided with the Moon or TU55 dropped into an ocean somewhere on Earth. Several people in my dimension have used online search engine terms such as ‘HU55’ and were referred to my blog, so either they tapped into the same cross-over point that I did to get the initial name, or the name or the meteor was suddenly changed as the post was being written (which seems highly unlikely). The other explanation is that there was an inter-dimensional cross-line and searchers from the HU55 dimension were redirected to my YU55 dimension (and I to theirs too.)

Well, things like this happen all the time, don’t they? I lost a lens from my only pair of glasses one night as I was sitting in my armchair, and it has never returned. As luck would have it, my eyesight also improved so I didn’t need to wear the glasses again, but I would have been a little stuck if my vision hadn’t returned by itself. There’s a chance, I suppose, that the lens is somewhere in the middle realm down the side of the armchair, but the last time I went down there, I ended up in some far away snow-covered land that looked nothing like Narnia. Perhaps while I was in this magical land, my eyesight was restored by the friendly locals who then sent me back home without the lens. What they would need with my lens if they could restore eyesight is anyone’s guess…

I was in the dimension of forgotten dreams last night. I woke up late this morning because I kept returning to this absolutely fantastic dream, where I was being shown and taught all kinds of wonderful things. I remember being told to turn off my alarm – but nothing else. I don’t remember the teacher, the lesson, the place, all I remember is that I was dreaming. And, as I usually remember my dreams, this is very unusual for me. Whether I’ll get to know more about this dream, I’ll never know… how will I know I am dreaming the same thing if I can’t remember what I was dreaming in the first place?

See what I mean? Infinite possibilities are everywhere. We pass through them constantly, sometimes without even moving. They pass through us too… I wonder if this is how we come up with weird and wonderful ideas? We can’t just pluck them out of nowhere, can we?

Earth1So, to finish, when you read my post yesterday (or if you have still to read it) please bear in mind the universal variances that will be / could be involved. If you think ‘hang on, that’s not right’, there’s a possibility that it just may be, in part, somewhere. There’s also the chance that it is utter codswallop, in which case the post was most definitely not intended for your dimension. Wherever that is. Sorry about that!

I read it was YU55 and passed closer to the Earth than the moon.

Thanks, Prenin. Just also seen another news article over there about another earthquake in Turkey, not that I’m adding two and two together…
It missed us this time, but it’ll be back in 2041…

    Hi Tom! 🙂

Yeah bye bye planet killer – now to get my meds before I eat the neighbours! 😦

Yeah I get so sick of human errors being input into computers then the efforts to distance themselves from the consequences…

    God Bless my friend!

I think in one alternate reality where the inhabitants worship a gold statue of Sammy Hagar, it was ICD55 (I Can’t Drive 55), but I can’t be sure.

Anyway, I am a terrible editor and I have a habit of hitting the publish button before my posts are polished and squeaky clean, devoid of typographical errors/ errors of logic, and in some cases, devoid of common sense. Seems to me I need to embarrass the heck out of myself before I get it right, and even when I think am, I swear perfect text transmogrifies into bad grammar, syntax, or spelling when I’m not looking just to cheese me off.

I am so not eagle-eyed. I sorely wish I could miraculously be cured of my myopic eyesight. But what I lack in eyesight, I made up for in insight. Or something like that.

I think I need a magic armchair with a portal to another world with Dianetic-like magical properties to cure eyesight (as some Scientologists once promised me but I decided to pass on, perhaps in retrospect, a bad call) Can I borrow yours?

Thanks for the clarification on the meteor. Now I can sleep well tonight.

Thanks, Andro. I was so confused as to whether the information was correct or not, I thought I’d add a little explanation to clear things up! 😉

um, I forgot to look for any errors, ‘cos I (my keyboard) was making errors myself… Sir A
and well actually, so long as the meteor didn’t HIT us I don’t mind what it was called. I suppose that’d be like being run over by a number 27 and thinking it might have been a 25 running slightly early..?.. Dimensional wise I think we’re co-existing in the same one.. . um…I think, ‘cos I’m not certain about anything now. 😀 xPenx

I think we are too, Pen. We are two, too. You can never have too many twos to add to a comment. At least I think you can’t… And I see what you are saying about the number 27 too! 😉

I read this post first before I read the post that this post was referring to..and I did not find any errors. I didn’t even know that we had a meteor coming close to the moon / earth. Have you watched the movie Source Code starring Jake whats-his -name that starts with G? It talks about going back in time..initially it made sense..and then, well..in the end…that is when I realize that when we want to make sense of certain things like dimensions and time dimensions..its best to leave it to the physicists or to God / Source..and just putter around enjoying the occasional jumps into different dimensions when they happen. 😉

Ah, that’s good, Shree. That indicates we are in the same dimension.
Nope, I haven’t seen the movie Source Code. I haven’t even heard of it, truth be told… the thing about different dimensions is that you can end up absolutely anywhere. You can end up before you have even started which can get a little confusing. Enjoying what happens now, including the blips, is a good way to be! 🙂
