I’m hoping that I’m not speaking, or rather typing, too early, but the earlier problems I had experienced with WordPress seem to have been resolved.
I always automatically think that the problem is to do with my computer now, rather than the site itself, but this time I knew it wasn’t. For one thing, I am using my brand new all singing all dancing computer, and for a second thing my laptop was receiving exactly the same responses.
I also checked out my site on my Mum’s laptop and got an even worse error message there – ‘Unable to establish a connection to the server!’, however everything connected fine through my mobile phone. Three computers, two different providers and one error – I couldn’t view my or anyone else’s blog properly.
Mine seems fine now… and I’ll just check a few of my regular haunts… and yes, they’re fine as well! As is my dashboard! And the Gravatar site also! Yippee!

Although it appears that nobody else has experienced any problems today, so my site has probably looked like it always does to everyone else!
Ho hum!
At least I’m back… I was expecting to be away for days, and I didn’t want that!
Normal service has now resumed.
With sincere apologies for what may turn out to be two of the most boring posts in one day in the entire history of WordPress. The internet in fact. No, the entire Universe…!
