Turbulent skies roll and growl, and howl.
Clouds grow and glow as they tumble.
Sunbeams streak through,
Setting the sky alight,
As day dramatically clashes with night
In a way
And clouds the colour of hay
Sway
As if to say
Brace yourselves
For the grace
Of one of Natureโ€™s finest displays
As raindrops drip
Heavier
Heavier
Even heavier
Pattering the ground
Competing with the sound
Of the thunder overhead
Lightning fed
Strong winds led
And the call of the wolf
It is said
Leads the elemental battle
While citizens cower below
Wrapped snugly in their beds
