Product Placement

I make the most delicious fizzy drink, if I do say so myself. Its effervescence is as refreshing as being tickled by a thousand bursts of instant energy in every mouthful. It has a refreshingly natural, radiant blue colour, and tastes exquisitely fresh until the last drop, even after two days (After two days, hair growth may be experienced from the odd place or two). Nobody can come near, it is so good. But don’t take my word for it… rush out and buy your own bottle of Gasconade now!. Available at all minor retailers in one and two litre bottles.

Sideview posts a Weekend Theme every weekend for a little blogging challenge. It’s fun, I have to add, and I try to come up with something different every week I participate. This week, I went for a bit of product placement. And why not?

I usually link to the post in Sideview’s blog, and leave a comment there linking back to here. This week, however, due to circumstances beyond my control I can’t do that. I can’t get onto her blog, and countless others. I probably couldn’t even comment there if I could get on, as it would appear my comments are all being sent, inexplicably into the ether. I presume they’re being marked as spam, but I can’t confirm this at this time. If so, I apologise for spamming.

I also can’t comment on any site that doesn’t have wordpress within its URL, although they are on WordPress and I can get onto the site and like the post. I am asked to log in, and then unceremoniously flicked off. Yes, flicked. You always have to write that carefully. I apologise for not commenting.

So. Still a frustrated blogger right now.

A little cooler as well, which is always a good thing.

Anyhow, here’s the link to Sideview’s blog. I’m sorry, but you’ll have to hunt out her post for yourselves this week… if you can get on, that is. I apologise if you can’t.

Now, where did I put my extremely delicious, and entirely nourishing (made of only natural ingredients, including the freshest Brussels Sprouts) bottle of sun-ripened Gasconade? Oh, that’s right, I finished it earlier. Expect a hair post shortly!

I shall have to nip to my local grocer right away, to purchase another bottle. Yumm!

Gasconade – The Taste You’ll Never Know!

Post Edit 22/07/13: Here’s the link to Sideview’s post; things seem to be working at present…

    Hi Tom! 🙂

    WordPress continues to struggle! 😦

Two hours ago I lost access to my blog, but I’ve got it back only to find it took over half a dozen attempts to get this far! 😦

Something is clearly wrong and it’s getting worse! 😦

I had to find Tinkerbelle’s Facebook page because my comment ended up in her Spam folder and beg her for help!

Now I’m struggling to get on your page and leave a comment, expecting it to fall over at any moment!!! 😦

    God Bless!

    Prenin.

Hi Prenin… something is most definitely up!
Just rescued your comment from my spam folder, and approved you for commenting again… so hopefully next time will be OK. Having said that, I can’t always get onto my blog to check the spam, so things may take a while.
      Sigh.
At least we have blog fodder, I suppose. I’ve been struggling for inspiration for a few weeks now, but lately, funnily, my inspiration seems to be overflowing…
Hope you have a good night, and thank you for persevering. Keep Calm and Carry On and all that! ‘Sall good fun! 😀

This appears to have worked fine, Prenin.
It’s very strange how some post and some are sent to the spam folder.
Let’s hope things are sorted today!

I posted your link on Sidey’s blog:

Tom is playing along . . . but WP isn’t behaving for him. He can’t get over her to post a link. Here it is: https://wellheregoes.wordpress.com/2013/07/21/product-placement/

No charge for the typo.

I hope that WP begins to behave better for you soon.

      Thanks, Nancy, typo included!
I’ve managed to get through to Sideview’s blog today, but my comment vanished into the realms of the unknown again.
I hope these problems get sorted soon myself. It seems ages since I had a good ole proper blogging session!

Your comment earlier today somehow landed in my spam folder, Tom. I wonder how that happened? I love this twist “Available at all minor retailers …”

It’s happening most places where I comment, LA. However, if I then leave another comment, that posts OK. I don’t want to leave multiple comments… that’d be like me spamming, and I don’t want that!
Yes, all minor retailers outside the neighbourhood, so obscure they’ve never been heard of.

I think you should be fine, Sideview… I think the products that promote unexpected hair growths would say so on the bottle.

Love your product above, Sir Aquatom, can you send me some? Sounds just what I need ‘n I quite like blue. (‘cepting the hair growth, what do you count as an ODD growth or TWO? eh? 😉 ) I’ve released you from Spam Prison on my site, so hopefully you’re ok there, but there seems so many glitches it makes you wonder if WordPress is under attack from Virus’s. (is that the right spelling or viruses? ) Fingers crossed the powers that be are up to the task of sorting this mess out. I shall stay calm, for Calm is my middle name you know? Or was it ‘blow a fuse?’ I always get confused. praying for calm weather @ WordPress. xPenx

Thanks for freeing me, Lady P… you may have two bottles of my product. The earlier batch doesn’t cause as much hair to grow, if you’d like some of that?
I’m hoping that the problems are sorted soon. They are spoiling the blogging process somewhat!!! And calm always follows a blown fuse.

Very trying, Kate! Yours is one of the sites that I CAN get on to, but appear to be logged out and can’t comment on. I couldn’t even get on to my own site again this morning, but I kept / keep trying. It’s taking frustration to a new level…

I got hooked when you said Gasonade is blue and sparkly!! Kinda lost me on the random hair growth, but I plan to drink mine up without waiting for a day or two 😛

WP really really needs to get it’s act together! I had to try three times to get to your post! And I’d have tried as many times till I got in too! Hrrrumph!

Your comment luckily survived the vastlands of internet and landed in my Spam..so it’s now safely in the post it’s supposed to be in 🙂

Sorry to see you’re having problems as well… I’ve been under the impression that it’s a UK only problem… but apparently not!
And thanks for releasing me from spam… it’s no fun in there!!!
