Vampire Dawn

In the dead of the night
With the absence of light
There’s always something going on
When the sun goes down
Be careful around town
And look out for the vampire, Dawn.

When the streets go quiet
She’ll look out for her diet
But the last thing she wants is food
For she has been cursed
With an insatiable thirst
For the freshest and warmest blood.

Her smile is her front
When she’s on her hunt
And with it she’s very clever
When she corners her prey
With a smirk Dawn will say:
”I can help you to live forever!”

I know Andra. I think I’d just prefer to keep coming back! 😉

I used to be a believer in incarnation – but who wants to come back as a tin of condensed milk???

Love the poem – Dawn sounds a sneaky girl… 🙂

    God Bless!

    Prenin.

Incarnation… ! Old but still funny Prenin! 😀
      Thanks, Prenin… but no, she’s not sneaky at all – she’s just a vampire…

I wouldn’t want to run into her some evening.

Thanks, Deb… it’s probably a good idea to steer clear of Dawn… especially if she’d thirsty!

Precise, crisp and bold. I’m not going out after three this month. Remarkable, Tom.

Dawn doesn’t seem as friendly as Reg, but I haven’t met her so can’t say for definite. I wonder if Reg knows her? Hmmm…
Yes, this is one of my pictures; you are correct!
