A White Elephant In The Room?

I didnโ€™t get chance to do a watercolour painting yesterday, although I did try. I attempted some roses, so imagine if you will a painting of something that looks like misshapen tomato sculptures at best, or fat red cabbages at worst. Hence it wasnโ€™t posted, and will never see the light of day ever again.

I have done a watercolour today, however.

Itโ€™s another in my series of versions of ATCs/ACEOs of baby animals resting.

Weโ€™ve arrived at the watering hole on our safari now, and thereโ€™s a baby elephant cooling himself at the waterโ€™s edge.

Each of these paintings measure 2.5 X 3.5 inches, and they really are fun to do!

This has been another post for #WorldWatercolorGroup, of which more details can be found by clicking the link below:

Thanks, Raili. Yes, it’s building nicely now.
Quite a bit smaller than postcards, though.

        Where there’s a will there’s a way. Digital photo – enlargement – print – market – sell ๐Ÿ™‚

It’s the latter two that seem to be an issue, Raili… but we’ll see… different avenues to follow, and all that!

Thanks, Elaine. The giraffe was the first one I did for this series, so it’s quite the favourite of mine too! ๐Ÿ™‚
