I may use this (or something similar) when we are nearing Hallowe’en. It reminded me of something magical as well… or something Gothic.
I have a free version of Photoshop, called Photoshop Elements, that I got when I purchased some other art software, which I use every now and again to tweak my images. I also use PicMonkey, which is an online photo editor on occasion s well.-
OOoo… haven’t heard of PicMonkey. I shall seek and find.
(I have an old version of Photoshop, and it’s fabulous for making pictures like you do. I used to be an admin of a forum, and we had a thread their for Photograph Manipulation Challenges, which I enjoyed greatly.So I know how relaxing it can be to make this sort of art.

There are quite a few free tools over on PicMonkey, and some ‘premium’ ones which whack a whopping icon in the corner of your image if you use them. I think to save the images now, you have to register with them, whereas before you could make the changes and save without registering. It’s easy to use, and as I only use it to amend the odd image every now and again, I just take a screenshot and then save that image. I’m using PowerPoint more now for these creations and have found quite a few nifty tweaks along the way. It is fun, and passes the odd hour (when I have them spare!)
It’s just good going through the creative process, isn’t it? -
