The Moon’s Magic

After the Sun sets
And darkness covers the land
The Moon brings a chill

Continuing with the cocktail chillin’ theme, both here and on Splodge and Splatter. I’m not too keen on being overhot, so will do anything to cool down a little…

Hope you feel cooler soon my friend – all quiet here so my windows are all open and I feel a chilling zephyr wandering around my knees! 🙂

    God Bless!

    Prenin.

Much better of late, Prenin. Still need the fan on, but that adds to the comfort! 😀

So clever is your artwork Tom, and I know what goes into the making of them.. So Brilliant. And so nice to have that chilled drink to quench our thirsts and cool us down in our unusually Hot Summer 🙂 It makes a change for us to wake to Sunny days xx

Thanks, Sue. And yes, sunny days are nice for a change – it’s just the searing heat I’m not particular about! 🙂

Lovely artwork Tom. The ‘drink’ makes me think of a magic potion.
    Do you use photoshop?

      Thanks, Cobs!
I may use this (or something similar) when we are nearing Hallowe’en. It reminded me of something magical as well… or something Gothic.
I have a free version of Photoshop, called Photoshop Elements, that I got when I purchased some other art software, which I use every now and again to tweak my images. I also use PicMonkey, which is an online photo editor on occasion s well.

OOoo… haven’t heard of PicMonkey. I shall seek and find.
(I have an old version of Photoshop, and it’s fabulous for making pictures like you do. I used to be an admin of a forum, and we had a thread their for Photograph Manipulation Challenges, which I enjoyed greatly.

So I know how relaxing it can be to make this sort of art.

You’re really great at it Tom. You clever chap.

          Thanks, Cobs.
There are quite a few free tools over on PicMonkey, and some ‘premium’ ones which whack a whopping icon in the corner of your image if you use them. I think to save the images now, you have to register with them, whereas before you could make the changes and save without registering. It’s easy to use, and as I only use it to amend the odd image every now and again, I just take a screenshot and then save that image. I’m using PowerPoint more now for these creations and have found quite a few nifty tweaks along the way. It is fun, and passes the odd hour (when I have them spare!)
It’s just good going through the creative process, isn’t it?

            Very much so Tom.
It helps me escape, and for that I’m very grateful.

I love the art work you do. You’re very talented. You clever chap!
