Happy Hallowe’en!

OK, it isn’t exactly Hallowe’en until the evening, but always good to be prepared!

Restless spectres menace by
Angry banshees wail shrill and high
Poltergeists flaunt their jaunty stuff
Zombies groan whilst looking rough
Witches cackle as they fly by night
Werewolves howl by bright Moonlight
Vampyrs brood and look for blood
Whilst wraiths hide themselves beneath a hood
Sinister skeletons creak and walk
Mummies unravel as they try to talk
Spiders scutter in an attempt to fright
And all are ready for tonight

And we’re off! Tonight’s posts will begin at 7pm UK time, continuing on the hour up until midnight. Or just before.

          1. I just went trick and treating around a few local houses near by with my young granddaughter she loved it in her costume.. 🙂 we met a few skeletons and Zombies and a few cat people and witches. We even saw a real grown up Ghost Buster… 🙂 he was great complete with exterminator.. There was lots of spell casting, and munching on sugary things which are bad for you.. But as she isn’t allowed sugary things very often it was a real Treat! as she skipped happily knocking on doors.. 🙂

  1. Finally!!!! Your night has arrived TL ! I’m sure the mansion is buzzing with activity. Get that costume ready to go and by the way, how about a quick dash to the dungeon for a look see on this spooky day? If you dare….Have fun…VK 🙂

I ran across this picture months ago and I saved it to send to you today. Couldn’t cut and paste it so here is the link.
