Neptune Rising

Transparent rings of Neptune glow
As if the planet seems to know
That somewhere high above its mass
Is me inside this Mansion Hass

But is it right and true to say
That Neptune rose this very day
As it was me that passed it by
Making it appear within my sky?

It lit the surrounding Grinds so bright
Illuminating this darkened night
Although the clock was telling me
The time was actually half past three.

Mid afternoon and I’m out there
Hurtling back from who knows where
I get about, it must be said…
Sometimes, though, within my head.

I think you may be right, Elena… I didn’t actually know where I was going with this one!

Your head is an amazing place –
It has therein the space for space!

But an empty head is good for naught…
‘Cept, that is, to be filled with thought!

Oh, they are, Prenin! And you can save quite a few bob on those journeys as well!

Jet setting again TL? My goodness…Would love to connect your brain up to one of those scanning machines that study brain activity…I wonder if it could keep up with your brain? So what was Neptune like on the surface? VK 🙂

Jet setting, VK… me? I’m always at it! It’s this Mansion, you see… takes me all over!
If they connected one of those machines up to me, they’d probably detect a load of echoes!
I never landed on Neptune, however… just hurtled passed it at a rate of knots!

I like this! Sometimes travelling inside one’s head is the best way to go! 😉

I think so, Diane… and it avoids queues, traffic jams and other ‘normal’ journey hassles.
