Temptation

I was almost tempted to explore the New part of the Mansion tonight. Almost.

The rooftop window seemed to be illuminated by the Moon, which, I must add, is a spectacular crescent this evening. An owl hooted as I glanced from the Moon to the window.

My eyes or my mind may have been playing tricks on me, but I was sure I saw a light from inside there. But that can’t be possible. The window’s locked, and the Room has been underground for goodness knows how long. Nobody could possibly be in there.

There must be another way into the Room, though, possibly through the Cellar – there are parts down there that I haven’t explored yet – and I can’t really see folk getting into the room through the window on the roof when the Room was above ground. I’ll leave exploring the Cellar for another time though.

No. I was almost tempted to explore the Room tonight, but I shall wait.

I’m going in on Halloween.

And why not?!

If not, then be careful to make sure you have a good exit route planned – getting lost is NOT an option!!! 😉

If you should go in the room tonight, you’re sure for a Big surprise! tonight’s the Night the teddy bears hold their picnic…. So Tom, although I am late as usual… I hope you explore before all Hallows Eve…. you never know who else could be lurking… You could come across Goldie Locks.. and I have heard she is not all that Golden…. shhuurrrrssssh but did you know she ate the Teddy Bears Porridge and Slept in their beds!…. Hummmmmmmm I should be careful if I were you Tom…. You know what….. what reputations are like! 😉 😀 hehe!
