“Who… ” Ellova Palava asked as Rust walked into reception before remembering seeing his photo on the Dropped Apostrophe’s Villanuss Wall (as he called it) at the edge of his self made office, in the now currently damaged grand ballroom of the Elixir Spa Resort Hotel and Leisure Complex; “never mind – take Moonbeam somewhere away from Jordan, something’s happened to them and they are behaving, well, not as they usually do, shall we say.”
“Ah, that’s why Madam Valentine was here,” Rust pondered aloud.
“Who… “ Ellova asked again, pausing as a very strong feeling of déjà vu came over her, before continuing “Who’s Madam Valentine?”
“She’s an Odu Love Healer,” Rust explained, “she can be very mischievous but never just turns up somewhere – she has to be invited first… in a vampire kind of way… somebody brought her here.”
“Well, never mind that now…” Ellova took charge, “take Moonbeam somewhere, I’ll keep Jordan with me and check on the computer to see if I can find this Madam Valentine to see if she can cancel this curse or whatever she’s put on these two.”
Jordan Grainger and Moonbeam continued to gaze at each other across the room, their odd affection for each other making them both incapable of using their own free will, although Moonbeam very compliantly left with Rust when he asked him to.
