Rush

Rush is Debbie’s theme for One Word Sunday this week.

I’ve always called this grass ‘rush’, so that’s what I’m going with.

You can always trust the wind to rustle the rush beyond the bush… shush, rustles the rusty rush… I can hear it now.

It’s a gentle sound, Chris, quite like the ocean we hear when we put a shell to our ear!

We have a “rush” called sage. Not the kind of herb but a takeover weedy grass .It can be made into a broom which workd really well

Nice! I love alliteration. 🙂 What happens when there’s rain?
You can always trust the rain to slush the rush beyond the bush… mush, mumbles the lushy rush… I can hear it now. XD

I can hear the slosh of the slush as the rains in the gusts gush through the rush beyond the bush, mixing the mush with the twists of the rush with each watery thrust, in which we all trust. Yes, I can hear it now, CM! 🙂

I thought the wind was rushing through, although it must not have been rushing too quickly. Your computer wasn’t the only one not in a rush this morning. Sigh.

When there’s no rush, Janet, it should allow for a relaxing time… although such isn’t the case when computers have their own ideas.

And we have certainly had the wind rushing around recently Tom… Love the image and words to go with it… There isn’t a rush in me these days… One day at a time…. For all will be what will be… When enough people see they way the wind blows.. ❤

Exactly, Sue. No need to rush, everything will get done in its own time. Even the winds blow over! 🙂

Could do with a breeze today to lift the Fog! 🙂

Was it foggy yesterday, Sue? Here in the microclimate of Cheshire it was gloriously sunny. Possibly cold, but I didn’t venture out.

Hi Tom the fog here has sat dense for two days and nights really gloomy and cold and damp out..
            Enjoy your sun 🌞

Thanks, Sue, although it’s a little more gloomy today. I think it would be foggy although the cloud’s a little too high! 😀

I can hear it too, Tom! The rush won’t be hushed if you listen.

Indeed, Eugenia. There’s no such thing as a hushed rush, as the plush rush will never be shushed! I hear it all the time.
