Orangery

I walked into the Orangery at the back of the Mansion this morning, and saw this:

I’d never seen it before. The Orangery, that is, not the parrot. Mind you, the parrot was new as well – I think – although he seemed very familiar. Parrots tend to look alike, though, so I may be mistaking this parrot for another one.

He opened his beak as if to speak.
And then he did, here’s what he said:

The way prices are rising, the good old days are last week.

      Doesn’t it just, Prenin? It has been quiet for a while though… it must be planning something.
      And I agree. Les Dawson was an incredibly funny man.

    Oh my goodness…Just when we thought we had the mansion sort of figured out, lo and behold, TL finds a new room and a parrot no less…Well Matey! I’d say making friends with Orangey is on your schedule and perhaps you could train ” Orangey”. You could even strap a camera to him and fly him about and finally have a better idea of ALL of the Grinds and beyond!!! Just a thought passing by 🙂 VK

      Well, one thing is certain about this Mansion, VK, and that is that nothing’s figured out! I’ve given up trying… it’s easier that way! And getting a better idea of the Grinds? The Grinds that change as much as the Mansion does? Eek!
      I will have a go at training the parrot though – I think that’s a super idea. As soon as I find out where he’s gone, that is. I have a feeling he may be back…
