Spammersday

I’ve just cleared out the unwanted trash from my spam folder, the ones trying to sell me certain ‘enhancing’ drugs, shall we say, and have been left with four comments that I think I’ll share with the world, before deleting them also.

All comments have been left on my recent ‘hair’ posts. I know my hair is a popular topic (well, it is with me…), but to have comments left such as these, well, it would appear that popularity is spreading.

Right here is the perfect website for anyone who wants to find out about this topic.
You realize a whole lot its almost hard to argue with you (not that I actually will need to…HaHa).
You definitely put a new spin on a subject that has been discussed for decades.
Excellent stuff, just excellent!

I know I go on about my hair every now and then, but for decades? Although, I suppose it could have been discussed by others for decades. (Two, probably, to be precise.)

Ko Mova added:

Thanks , I’ve just been looking for info approximately this subject for ages and yours is the greatest I have discovered till now. However, what concerning the conclusion? Are you certain concerning the supply?

I’m certain of the conclusion, Ko. And the supply of hair gel is never ending, thank you for asking.

Demi Waive commented:

I simply couldn’t leave your website prior to suggesting that I actually loved the usual information a person supply inn your guests? Is gonna be again frequently in order to check out new posts

Is gonna be again, Demi, soon.

And, randomly, Owam Perrum went slightly off-topic:

Curiously, today, you’ll be able to sesarch for a Wii remote controller in your local supermarket, considering that the majoritty of these stock electronics nowadays.
These game titles are scientifically designed that caters to humman brain education. They wok extensively with computers and have a lott of skills with programming and compluter languages.

But are they found in the hair gel aisle, Owam? I shall have to sesarch and do a lucksea.

*Obviously, the spammers’ identities have been masked to ensure their true identities are never revealed. Not that it really matters, as the comments have been deleted anyway, but you can never be  too careful.

I get spammers and scammers all the time in my email and take great pleasure in passing them on to the forces of law and disorder! 🙂

My block list is longer than my friends list!!! 🙂

    God Bless!

    Prenin.

They’re a complete pain, Prenin… but sometimes they do provide a chuckle or two!

Quite odd TL…I don’t get that type of garbage, thank goodness! Most of the time what is written you cannot understand anyway…Gobbildy gook….Perhaps you could do some blogging for hair product companies 🙂 The stories would entertain their consumers I’d imagine…Make a few extra pennies to play with….Happy weekending…VK

I get that type of spam as well, VK, but I just delete that… blogging for hair product companies… now there’s an idea.
Hope you’ve had a good weekend!

Was this also the day that we are supposed to clean out our inbox?! Let’s just say I didn’t do it, but congrats to you for emptying those folders. That must feel good!

I don’t think there’s an actual day, Amy, I just do it from time to time (hoping there are some comments like these that I can use in a post!)
Deleting spam after spam is a VERY good feeling!

Well, this past week was clean out your inbox week! I didn’t participate as I should have. There must be a spam clean out work, too! Good work on getting that done, Tom.

My whole life I have been looking for a blog post like the one of which this is written here tomorrow and yesterday, since even before blogs were invented bless you, you have foresightedly put a completey different spin on such a subject that everyone else is afraid of which to speak of and how and why. I do wonder though if you have thought succinctly of the issues of SEO for your site, and energy efficiency for your homestead? Such the best to share!

I’ve had a few similar things in my Spam folder. Isn’t it kind of them to drop by and write such nice long comments. 😉

I don’t actually know why they do it, Rebecca, but the comments like this do generate a chuckle or two. That probably wasn’t the spammers intention, but never mind!

I was getting so much spam on old posts that I now close comments on posts that are more than 90 days old. I realize that you might have separation anxiety from your mountain of spam mail, Tom, but I don’t miss getting it at all.

I’ve done similar with my older posts, but the spammers target my newer ones, LA, grrr.
I let the messages build up, and then delete them all in one go. Sometimes, I’ll make a post out of them, but I’d rather not get any at all.

I also seem to have plenty of spam followers, too. I suppose that’s the reward of having one’s site around for years on end: all the spam you can stand — and then even more of it.
