Splattered!

All colours of the rainbow
Splattered here and there
Reds all over the fireplace
Greens all in my hair
Blues dripping off the sideboard
Yellows covering the plants
Orange between the floor boards
And violet on my pants!
I’ve no idea where indigo’s gone…

Warning: Explosive paints get everywhere! Best be used with caution.

A random nonsense response today for Sideview’s Weekend Theme, Rainbow. Just a bit of fun and a splash of colour for a Sunday. And why not?

Have a great Sunday!

For some reason this reminds me of the time when hubby used air pressure to clean and ink cartridge and it backfired and got all over the ceiling. He ended up having to re-paint the room.

Loved your poem and image, Tom!
Hope you are feeling a bit better than you were….keep up with the fluids.

Ink and paint can be quite pesky things at times!

Hope that clears up fast, though the pollen
must be working overtime in this heat 😦 Grrrrrr

Have a great day Tom 🙂

I have heard cans of used paint can explode in heat. Is that true? In your case I see a used can from every room.

    Imaginative, Tom. Good one.

It is true, Tess. Once, I walked through the smoke of a storage garage that was on fire… there were cans of paint galore in there that were exploding right, left and centre (The wind had blown the smoke in my direction, I hadn’t deliberately walked through it!). Paint wasn’t being splattered everywhere that day, but the following morning my eyes had changed colour. Bright red they were.
And thanks, Tess… I had a bit of fun with this one!

Hopefully, they’re all cleared up now. Luckily they were water-soluble explosive paints… makes all the difference!

and here it is Tuesday, Sir Aquatom, where’s all the time going? Loving the splattered paint, and no need for me to clear it up, just the way I like things. AND now you’ve gone and done it, got my mind set on ‘where has the indigo gone? ‘ 😉 Many thanks for making me smile. xPenx

Nope – the paint’s cleared itself up! Magic!
When you find indigo, could you let me know where it is?
And it is sooo good to reply to your comment without retrieving you from that other place first Lady P!
