How Are You With Nebulae?

If you saw an image of a nebula, would you know which one it was?

Just by looking at the colours, would you know instantly the name of it?

Even with visual clues, how would you do?

Maybe it is just the colours that give it away. Don’t forget, we all see things differently. Perhaps it’s just the angle that doesn’t help… if you didn’t recognise it, that is.

Or it may just be a case of I know, but I don’t know.

In this case, the case actually refers to a trunk, as the nebula in question is the Elephant’s Trunk Nebula.

Not that the AI created images helped in any way, shape, or form… unless they did. The name is obvious once you know it.

It definitely didn’t help Tom! I have never heard of this one! But fantastic images😃

Have a look at the real images, Icewolf… I feel as though I could fly right into the heart of the nebula, when I see them!
(AI kind of misses the point here!)

All nebulae are! I could easily get lost in them.
