October was the last time
When I wrote a limerick rhyme
So I think itās best
For a change and a rest
For another, if itās not a crime!
As limericks go these are rubbish
And they shouldnāt really be published
But as itās my blog
And my headās in a fog
Iāll write them and then feel goodish!
Weāre now in the middle of April
So Iāll set my cards out on the table
These limericks donāt work
Though they may raise a smirk
Especially as they arenāt particularly graceful!
