The Wolf Within

Legend says it’s the Full Moon that causes transformation. Legend has it wrong.

When the Moon is Full, the beast within takes physical control, changing appearance, personality and stature. Basic instinctive needs must be met, no question. The chase, the race, must be won at all costs in order to survive. The Wolf must feed.

Legend doesn’t refer to the time of the New Moon, the time of the Inward Transformation. Introspective realisation shows the beast lies waiting – not dormant – ready to reveal itself should the need arise.

It’s a New Moon tomorrow. Time for change once more.

    Oooh wolf! There’s one to scare the wolf cubs tomorrow night!
    Could indeed be a time of transformation. ..discovered the W10 download files awaiting my attention last night…All 2,868 mb (or similar figure amounting to 3GB to simplify) of files 🙂 Luckily they won’t do load till I say so due to the metered connection control but just wondering what transformation would take place on my little laptop if I did! Like will my external hard drive still work with it…and the external disk drive. ..cos if not I won’t be able to get my files and pics back onto it afterwards! Disaster! And what if the download goes wrong…or the installation is a disaster!! And what if my laptop doesn’t work afterwards! I think this d load is a distribution lying dormant waiting to happen 😉 The little voice in my head is driving me nuts lol maybe I won’t switch to W10 just yet lol 😉

      Don’t do it Euro!!! You will be downloading not only mega trouble but the worst spyware yet inflicted on the unsuspecting masses..If you love your laptop and your life as it is, stay far away from W10…Blessings…VK 🙂

        I do love my laptop! I love it to bits! It took 2 years of searching to find the right one and we have a very happy life on W8.1 🙂 And it’s only little and not even a year old yet 😉 But the little voice in my head was defying common sense and suggesting I was missing out…until it panicked lol 😉 I’ve just told my laptop what you said…it’s been too scared to come out of its carrier since the little voice in my head said upgrade it! It’s now agreed to be got out now I’ve reassured it that I took heed of your words! Many thanks for your timely response VK. ..you have probably averted my biggest mistake all year! 🙂

          Oh thank God! I have left several articles here for Tom to read. I wish I still had them for you to see, but it sounds as if you have seen the magnificent light of truth. W10 is evil in every sense of the word. You and your laptop are safe now. Breathe easy and be joyous in your decision 🙂 VK

      I’ve got windows 10 and after months of updates it is only now beginning to work properly!!! 😦

      Unfortunately you get the black screen of death, so you have to use CTRL+ALT+DEL to call up the system menu, log out, then from the login screen select restart in the power menu (Lower right icon) and warm start the PC.

      This has worked every time I’ve needed it, but W10 is a fucking nightmare!!! 😦

        All the things I dreaded about W10 Prenin! My moment of madness has passed and the offending update thrown into the pits of hell!! My little W8.1 laptop has been saved from a fate worse even than the black screen of death. ..If indeed there is anything worse than being confronted by that?!! And it will stay safely under MY control NOT the great spy agency known as Microsoft 🙂 I really appreciate you sharing your nightmarish experience of W10 although of course I genuinely hope they turn it around for you and make it a good experience allowing your PC to function as well as if not better than it was originally supposed to. That’s the least they can do for you if you’re having to cope with all the issues W10 is booting out!

          W10 seems to be the only way that Microdick are going to go, from the look of it they have turned my PC into my own personal spy.

          I’ve turned off some of the tricks they used, but there’s no telling what else they have monitoring my internet and PC activity – good job I’m not into porn or world domination!!! 🙂

          They even changed my password the first time I installed it!!! 😦

            I do like your descriptive terminology for MS! lol 😉 I think they threw some taster of spyware stuffy on W8.1 but nothing compared to the corporate monster known as W10! My privacy is very important to me and I really resent that they can put whatever they choose on W10 whether you like it or not and you can’t take it off. I wasn’t aware we paid them for our computers – just for a licence to use their OS which could be changed for Linux if push came to shove 🙂 Can’t believe they changed your password!! What a cheek!! Takeover bid or what!!

    Great wolf pic TL… Did it come red like that or have you been dabbling in water colors in the turret recently? It definitely has the characteristics of a Grinds wolf for sure! Evil looking. Better stay away from the Grinds for the rest of the month….VK 🙂
