One Minute Ramble: Weekend’s End

“No time to post!” shrieks this blog’s host as time is slipping by
”Need time to rest, to look my best, although I wonder why…”
Thinking back, it’s not rest I lack, but things to say I’ve done,
I’ve had a break, and I chose to take the time instead of fun.
Time off was good, and if I could, I’d love to have some more,
But I have to work (I’m not one to shirk – of that I’m very sure)
The days pass quick, and ‘in a tick’, the weekend will again be here,
But by then, I’ll need rest again, if my ‘to do’ list isn’t clear…

Good one, Tom…and been there too. My favorite day use to always be Friday with the whole weekend to look forward too. Now, all the days are equal.

The time *is* going by very fast isn’t it!? It amazes me how fast time is flying by…like it can’t get enough of rushing around like a mad chicken , dragging us all along with it! I do love my weekends though…but now it seems that my weekends are flying by faster than it used to ..which makes the weeks come by faster…it’s leaving me feeling a little dizzy! Hope you had a great weekend Tom!!
