Out and about…

Walking around the lake the other day, I stopped off to have a quick lean against one of the rocks and to watch the fish and the ducks swimming. I’d been leaning for a few minutes when I spotted this chap or chappess basking in the bright sunshine. He (or she!) was not in the least bothered that I was nearby, and allowed me to take a few photos using my handy mobile phone.

Photos taken, the friendly creature then dove into the lake and swam away.

It’s amazing how many things we miss simply by looking the wrong way.

What a brilliant find Sir Aquatom
and so proud of itself sat perched
upon that rock 🙂

This is a great posting and I will be
calling back soon to catch up a bit,
it’s been a bit of a frenzy catching
up with everyone and I doubt that

Great picture photo Tom.. And not what you might expect to find when out walking? I find my Phone comes in very handy for taking the unexpected photo..

  Sue, I love dropping by your space, I leave feeling very good indeed, and that is one of my favourite pastimes!
  I know of another lake (pond) where thee were lots of terrapins… I may have to take my phone there one day and see if I can photograph them!
