Stymied…. Know the feeling Sir Aquatom, ( Knight to Bishop three, )… always a problem when the ideas stop flowing and your mind seems to fight every move you make, (Bishop to Knight five) Hope you wake refreshed and with ideas aplenty.. (Queen to Rook four) … I have no idea about chess..so just threw in a couple or three moves,. which probably mean I’ve tumbled of the board!! … Enjoyed your rhyme…xPenx

Stymied… I like that word!
I can play chess (of a fashion) but don’t know the descriptions of the moves like what you wrote, Pen… I remember once teaching someone – who had never played chess before – how to play. They won. I think you’re meant to think two or three moves ahead… it takes me all my time to remember which piece moves where. Still, I like chess! 😀LikeLike
