Many faces
Funny faces
Gracious faces
Background faces
Crinkled faces
Eared faces
Beaked faces
Bearded faces
Shy faces
Dainty faces
Snorkling faces
Sheep faces
Llama faces (more like)
And a little birdy's face over to the right

This intriguing tree speaks to me… or rather, it shows me its many faces.

Perhaps you can see more?

  1. Wow! The mouse stands out so strong in the middle, then the bear to the left, teddy bear upper right…I also see a woodland elf standing in the knot up at the top! Actually he looks like he’s dancing. I am sure there are more, but boy that mouse! Great tree…VK

    1. Aren’t there lots of faces, VK? 🙂
When I saw the tree, and needed to take the photo, I didn’t realise just how many there were!

    1. I think that’s down to the eye of the beholder, Joy! 🙂 I love a good old knobbly gnarled tree with character… really sends my imagination into overdrive! 😊

    1. I wish I could see what they’ve seen at times, Sue. Just a touch to get a glimpse of bygone times would be fascinating. At least they present their characters in other ways, for us to interpret them in our own way! 🙂
