Six Word Saturday: It’s about time! (I hear you say, although that’s also what I’m trying to say up there in the header using some very old words.)
Siex = Six
Word = Hmmm…. I wonder…
Sæterdæg = Saturday (seems obvious)
Wist = It
Ābūtan = About
Tīma = Tima er time
It’s now ābūtan tīma I lay my head on a comfortable pillow in a darkened room.
Happy Saturday Tom…. 🙂

Would you believe me if I said all of them, Chris? That’s what it feels like! 🤣 All fun though!

But we’re all still here… or are we? I had a strange feeling when we approached the end of that rainbow.

Me too… I distinctly remember carrying that heavy pot of gold… now it’s nowhere to be seen!

I knew it was too good to be true.

It was good while it lasted. Still, I’ve replaced all that gold with six new old words (or thereabouts!) 😄

Clever. 🙂 ❤
I have to use Bing translate to talk to my non-English friends! 🙂 ❤
Blessed Be! 🙂 ❤

I have to double and triple check the words to make sure they’re right or mean something very similar. It’s not the easiest thing to do, but the olde wordes make for interesting reading! Other languages are even trickier, Prenin!

Hehehe! It’s now Friday, Eugenia, so I’m a little out of sorts! Time to tap into the cleverness once again, methinks.
