Anyone like whimsy?
Can you believe it’s July already? I can’t. Time is passing by that quickly, I didn’t have time to do a ‘proper’ watercolour for the first day of #WorldWatercolorMonth 2019 – and it isn’t like I haven’t known it was coming! It’s been here for the past few years. I’ve added a link in the badge below if you’d like to visit Doodlewash, where this all began.
So, I had a spare ten minutes to scribble a couple of ‘rabbits’ and then splosh lots of colour around over them. That was the fun part. The sploshing. Well, actually, the scribbling was too. In fact, the whole creative process is fun – regardless of the end result.
Normally, I post a White Rabbits post on the first of the month, and this month is no exception, although I used my imagination to see what a couple of white rabbits would create when given a brush and some watercolours.
And just as I thought it was a complete mess!
Well. It’s still fun – and they aren’t the only ones covered in paint.
Happy July! Grab your brushes… you know you want to!
