Merely Folklore

The Full Moon gave rise to the legend
Of the wolfman on the prowl
But was the wolfman folklore
To folk lured by the chilling howl?

      Eerie or comforting, Beverly?
I’m thinking somewhere in the middle (‘though possibly not for your dog!)

I hear the low, deep breathing in the darkness behind me in the woods…I stand frozen in place not wanting to be found by making a noise…The breathing continues and I for one know that it is not folklore…No indeed. But how can I escape unnoticed?? VK 🙂

I think the conclusion comes quite soon:
They howl’s more chilling than the moon!
