Like a snake rising in the grass
After getting scent on the wind from its prey
The many usual negative thoughts
Come in to invade and spoil the day
Donβt freak out
Think once, think twice
Look to the stars in the sky above
Find one
And wrap yourself in its light
And farm your own internal love
I think we all need a remedy or fix for our moments of doubt or disappointment as there will be many in our lives. However I must confess I have less confidence in the stars than you do!

Just finished today, Elaine, can you believe it?!? π―
I’m now going through weeks of dental treatment, so something else to keep me (pre)occupied!
