30 Minute Strawberry

Another quick splosh about with colour, after a quick pencil outline, and I ended up with this rather large strawberry. It isn’t large really, it only looks that way. It’s mostly water.

This one looks far juicier on the photograph than it does on the actual painting… and they say a photograph never lies.  Unless it’s a photo of a painting, I suppose… It isn’t that I gave myself thirty minutes to paint this one today – that’s all the time I had. But, I got it done.
