We are part of the Universe and the Universe is part of us. Everything is connected. The past, the present and the future are all one in the Universe, with each having an effect on the other.
What we do now has an immediate impact on the past, which then has another impact on the present. And past and present then impact the future. Future impacts us now in the form of worry or anticipation. The past can impact us through regret, loss or longing.
Knowing everything is connected provides balance. Although nothing in the past can be changed, and the future isn’t here yet, we can change our reality, our present, recent past, and future by what we do now.
We can steer ourselves through our part of the Universe with truth, peace, and integrity, just by starting right now.
Being part of the Universe also means that the Universe will help us to do this. The Universe always responds in kind.
