Debbie’s word for One Word Sunday this week is ‘Missing’, so I’ve taken a photo of something that is more than likely going to go missing, a button.
I reckon there must be millions of missing buttons around the world; garments with a dangling string of cotton where a button used to be. Well, one of those missing buttons is right here!
Visit Debbie’s site for more takes on the theme.
Like the lone sock in the clothes dryer that for the life of you you can’t find it’s mate…..VK 🙂

There’s beach somewhere, where all the lonely socks and missing teaspoons eventually wash up. But the buttons I capture and keep in a jar. 😉

I have a missing button tin, Chris. And a black hole for the socks and spoons and things.

There always seems to be more missing buttons than there should be, Beverly… have you noticed?

We can put them with all the single shoes that somehow escape unnoticed. 🙂

Yes… they’re usually seen by the side of the road, Janet! Most odd! 🤔🙂
