An Eye on the Eye of the Storm

Looking through my eyes, through an eye, at the eye of the storm, thereโ€™s a lot of calmness all around. Even in the midst of all that turmoil, thereโ€™s calm. Storms pass. And so will chaos.

Just take note of the calmer moments!

You seem to get the brunt of these storms there, Elaine… we tend to just get a bit of wind here!

We are on the same path as Hebden Bridge it eventually comes down to us. River views are not as nice as they used to be ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I can imagine. Hopefully this year’s storm season is short.

Oh gosh, I remember seeing the aftermath at Hebden Bridge a few years ago. Stay safe!

We get the after effects from their floods which travel down the river.

We’ve had another storm this weekend, from Spain this time. Three storms in four weekends is quite rare, Beverly. And we have a lot of water too!

I think we’re getting used to these storms now, Chris. They’re coming along like buses nowadays!

Yes the storms DID make a mess and now the plans for the one in a hundred floods are dangerously inadequate.

Thankfully only one person has died which will be confirmed when they find her body.

This weather is getting worse and worse…

    Blessed Be.

    Prenin.

And it seems to be dragging on a bit this year, Prenin… unless that’s just how I see it.
