Lateness or Neverness

Lateness or Nevernessโ€ฆ
Which is the betterness?
And can one be forgivensome
With no good excuse?

Lateness or Nevernessโ€ฆ
In the realms of togetherness
Need something not troublesome
With not much to do

So, Lateness or Nevernessโ€ฆ
Lateness is betterness
โ€˜Though it can be cumbersome
With the words that I use

I donโ€™t know about you, but Iโ€™m still caught up in a weird vortex. Part of me is a day ahead, another part is a day behind, and my blogging is all over the place. Iโ€™m still scheduling my posts (I donโ€™t know if youโ€™ve noticed) to keep myself vaguely on line, and commenting here and there, VERY sporadically. Iโ€™m getting by, although not as smoothly as I once did (I am smooth. You may or may not have noticed). I will get back into the swing. Into the groove. Into the rhythm (yes! I spelt rhythm correclty, first time โ€“ although I spelt correctly correclty so it doesnโ€™t really count!) in due course.

I just need to free myself from this vortex, is all.

This morning I woke with that fabulous Friday feeling. It soon fell flat when I realised it was Thursday.

Everybody I’ve talked to in the blog world is off, upside down and even inside out! You are NOT alone in your state of being….All we can do is literally go with this crazy flow to wherever it takes us. Hopefully to somewhere good!! VK ๐Ÿ™‚

It’s an interesting experience, VK, but most odd. I’ve been in this ‘stage’ for a while now, yet right now it seems more ‘prominent’.
Yes, I’m going with the flow, and getting by, so its all good. I must be at least three quarters of the way across now! ๐Ÿ™‚

We have entered the critical stage in our evolution that’s why! We struck the hundredth monkey quite a while ago and we are only just now awakening to the point of changing ourselves en mass. All of this insanity serves no real purpose except to show us our own insanity, how far off the mark we are and we best turn ourselves around. We are all being made to face our darkness and what is going on in the world is a constant reminder to keep us working on ourselves. We can be SO much more….Happy weekending…VK ๐Ÿ™‚

I think I am stuck in a similar vortex. For the last month or so I just haven’t been keeping up with my reading and commenting. Scheduling posts is very helpful and I use it quite a bit (especially when I did the March square photo challenge), but that doesn’t solve the problem of reading all the blog posts that everyone has written.

I know. I feel bad when I miss somebody’s post but I can only do what I can do. These vortexes are ‘fun’, aren’t they, Elaine?

Ah, but it’s Saturday now, so you’ll feel MUCH better, Tom. ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ Did anyone ever tell you, you look a bit like Barry Manilow? Around the eyes, anyway… ๐Ÿ™‚

And it’s now almost Monday again, Jo. How time flies?
Are you referring to my Gravatar picture? That’s a computer-generated image of me which doesn’t quite look like me, so it could look like Barry Manilow I suppose.
I’m often getting mistaken for famous folk, however – I look like Jason Donovan, Philip Glenister, and Ken Barlow, apparently. How? I have no idea! ๐Ÿ˜€

I’m a bit worried that I don’t recognise Philip Glenister out of that grouping, Tom. What does that say about me? X

Nothing at all, Jo, you’ve probably not seen any of his shows, is all! He was in a series where a policeman went back in time to the 1970s… Life on Mars I think it was called. He doesn’t look anything like the others, however…
