I’ve Cancelled Valentine’s Day!!!

Roses may be red,
Violets may be blue
This Valentine’s theme’s now over
I’m so glad. How about you?

I didn’t make it to the day
Of that I’m oh so glad,
I can now concentrate on better things
Instead of this expensive fad.

You may or may not be aware, but I’m not a huge lover of Valentine’s Day. I usually make fun of the day, but this year I did try a few different posts, to ‘embrace’ the moment.

They didn’t work.

I like the day even less now.

So I’ve cut short my mini theme.

I’ve cancelled Valentine’s Day.

And next year, there will be no mention of this day on my blog at all.

If you enjoy Valentine’s Day yourself, don’t mind me – pay me no heed. Go and enjoy the day. I shall!

My Roses have fled, My Violets are dead, MY fingers aren’t green, No flowers to be seen. 🙂 Erm what’s Valentines Day Sir A?. Unless of course I get a card, n’ choccies, then Yahoooo!! (other browsers are available of course!!) xPenx
