Another filler post, this evening. I’ve stumbled across a rather funny book that passes a few moments just to fill the time. No epic tale. No sequel, prequel or anything in between. Nothing to learn from it, either, for that matter, unless learning the wrong answer to a question floats your boat! The book is ‘Universally Challenged’ by Wendy Roby. The panel in the introduction speaks wonders:
For nerds, squares and boffins everywhere. Your time will come.
Simply put, the book is a compilation of incorrect answers that television quiz show contestants have given over the years.
Here are twenty examples from the book… there are literally hundreds more!

The book doesn’t actually say whether any of these contestants went on to win anything, but sometimes, the wrong answers are just that little bit better than what the answers should actually be. Well, I think so anyway. If I was on any of the TV quiz shows, my answers to all of the questions would probably be exactly the same. Pass.
