One Minute Ramble: Busyness

Have you ever had a day where you have been so busy trying to get something done, nothing really gets done?

I’ve had one of those days today.

Time passed quickly, and I had so much to do I didn’t know where to start. I described it as being in a room and someone walks in with five two-thousand-five-hundred piece jigsaw puzzles all mixed together, and the pictures all have blue skies. I also have until 3pm to complete all of the puzzles, starting at 2pm.

Not exactly impossible, but also not very likely to get finished in the available time.

Luckily, the timescale in my real world is a lot more flexible than the timescale in my scenario world. I really do have more time than I think.

I suppose I could always fall back on my super speed, but that would be cheating. Where’s the fun in that?

ooooOO don’t fall back on your super speed Sir Aquatom, you could damage something… And I’ve have loads of these kind of days recently, where I fall into a kind of fog, and come to my senses ( I seem to have a little left 😀 ) to find the day has vanished…but there has been progress, and I can’t remember doing anything helpful or meaningful just as you describe, all the jigsaw pieces I picked up I could ‘place’ just exactly where they needed to go… Now that’s the Magic of life …innit? xPenx

Everyone gets days like that my friend where nothing ever seems to get done, you should try cleaning up after a Zombie Nymphomaniac Night or one of the many Skeleton Star Trek Renaissance Parties, I mean try picking the Bones out of that lot and you really are in trouble with NOT ENOUGH TIME, mind you it gets a lot more interesting when Seven of Nine shows up, but that’s a another story, a sort of tale of two cities or at least something very similar If you catch my drift? 😉 lol

Okay I will leave this one as is before I bore you to death, don’t worry about that though as there is an endless supply of mahogany lids to slide over in that Graveyard, of course I am not too sure what the Ghouls will make of your Aquatom Super Powers but hey if it’s good enough for Batman and his sidekick then its fine for you too… Be well my friend 🙂

  Not a lot know about my super powers, Androgoth, and sometimes even I forget about them. However they would really need to be used when tidying up after those parties you mention.

Time’s a limited commodity and it’s sneaky. I’ve had a day like yours. A few things dropped off the end and are waiting to be done tomorrow. The blessing is that I don’t usually have too many of these days together. Off on hols tomorrow.

Hope you have a quiet and ordered day tomorrow with plenty of time to think.

Yes those days seem to be the kind that begin and end as they began. Does this make sense to you? I hope so as I still am working on my puzzle LOL.
