On Wednesday night, I wrote a post describing how utterly chilled and relaxed I was. The same could be said of last night, too, although I dozed more last night than on Wednesday. A side effect of all the dozing was the time I had left to write my post for yesterday.
Nothing that I tried to write would spark the slightest burst of inspiration within me. Feeling very tired, not having a topic on hand to write about and running out of time didn’t help with the inspiration, but I took pot luck. I typed a few characters randomly on my keyboard, hit the image search button, and saw a photo of the Horsehead Nebula. I had my inspiration.
I now searched for ‘Nebulae’ and chose the images that I used for my post yesterday. I titled the post Universal Rainbows because I couldn’t think of a more fitting name at the time. My line, ‘the Universe dances’ was really a reference to the ‘activity’ in the Eagle Nebula that is in the first two images. I can literally see angels dancing in the first two photos.
I am in awe of the Universe.
I write of the Universal Laws quite regularly, add photos every now and then that I find on the internet (there is no way – yet – that I can take such stunning pictures on the camera on my mobile phone!) but they don’t stress just how awesome I find the Universe. These words don’t actually stress that either, but at least its a start… anyway, I asked the Universe for inspiration, and look what I received.
So, on to today’s post.
Like I said, I was Űber-chilled on Wednesday night, and went to bed that way. I soon drifted off to sleep, and was soon in one of my recurring dreams. Once again, it wasn’t Lucid, but I found it amazing never the less.
I was living in a top floor apartment that had been given to me (as they are!) The main living room was very spacious, with fabulous furniture. Windows were all around the room, with dark blinds that were all controlled by one set of electronic controls. Soon, the lighting was subdued, and I was taking a walk around my new pad.
The rooms were all large. The usual different levels were there, steps down to the bathroom, and up to the bedroom, but everything was all on the same floor.
In the centre of the apartment were two elevators. One to get into the apartment, and the other to get up to the garden on the roof. There was no other way to get on to the roof apart from this lift.

I went up to the roof, to find a lot of my friends there who I haven’t seen for a few years. Very nice to see these people, but I wanted to look around my new garden. There were areas that were in shade around the edge, with sun loungers within the shadows. Other sun loungers were out on the artificial grass which looked like a magnificent lawn on the roof. There was a stream that went around the roof, with little wooden bridges, and quite a lot of potted plants all around the edge. Certain parts of this roof garden were, once again, on different levels, and at one side there was a small swimming pool, with a glass wall so I could swim right up to the edge if I wanted to. I didn’t at the time. Oh, the roof was many many storeys high, I must add, not just on the third level.
By the elevator in the centre of the roof, there was a small kitchen and bathroom, and I thought this would be ideal for some rooftop parties in the summer. One odd thing about the dream was the fact that from one side we could see in to the Manchester United football ground. I don’t like football, so have absolutely no idea what that was doing in my dream, but I must admit that the view was very good. Another odd thing is that the apartment wasn’t in Manchester.
A final part of my dream was the fact that I had also been given some money for furniture. The furniture in the apartment was fine as it was, but I could spend as much or as little of the £91,000.00 on furniture and keep the rest for myself.
I gradually woke up, hours before my alarm was due to go off, and I had a smile on my face. I felt GOOD! It didn’t matter that this had all been a dream, I had carried the good feelings with me from the dream, and like I always say, you can never have too many good feelings.
The last time I had dream of a large room and a large sum of money was when I dreamt of a competition at work where I won £100,000.00, so this latest dream didn’t feature as much money. But hey, what’s £9,000.00?! And besides, I woke up without the money, without the apartment, and felt just as good anyway!
It isn’t what we have that makes us feel better, it is how we feel first that makes the difference. I felt good.
I feel good.
I love to feel good!
