To you…

This is personal.

I’m sorry about that.

This is the only way I can communicate with you.

I’m sorry about that, too.

I see you walking, I don’t know if you notice. You brighten the dullest of mornings as you walk along the pavement. I can’t speak to you as we pass each other, I don’t think that you even notice me going by. The way you walk, casually and confidently, with your destination firmly in your sight, I don’t think you would notice anyone around you.

But if you do, I really am sorry.

I should really stop and offer you a lift.

Oh Hello! moment strikes I see. Be brave, offer the lift in the morning. Saying that I’d probably drive by kicking myself every day for not stopping.

I think this is wonderful : conveys such a longing to break the ice and offer the lift which could lead to anywhere ( not that i’m casting aspersions on your driving 😉 ) but relationshipwise I mean ~ x Pen x

oh, aquatom1968 – start by saying “hello” and offer the lift.

throw open wide the doors of possibilities.

what is the worst that could happen? it could be a “no, thank you.”

usually reality is somewhere in the middle. if you never ask, you will never know, worst or best…offer.

    seize the fish!
(hang on, i think i’ve mixed up the messages somewhere…)

i wish it were original – sadly i’ve ripped it of from somewhere. i figure if you are going to steal – only steal the best material…i mean “stealing” in terms of jokes and phrases only, i’m not suggesting property crimes or intellectual property theft or identify theft or anything…

Never mind, I still like the phrase! And you meant ripped off in the borrowing sense of the word… I know what you mean! 😉
