Me? I do it for connections.
I do it to practice writing.
I like to share my creations.
I use it as an escape.
I like spreading and sharing Light.
I like reading others’ original work.
I feel part of the community.
Its power certainly brightens my day.
It’s part of the creation process.
And there we are. Nine lots of six words in three minutes.
For Six Word Saturday. (And yes, I know it’s almost Sunday, but as I always say in six words: it is better late than never… erm, although, ahem, never sometimes wins!)
Do you blog for other reasons? I’m just being nosy, that’s all!
And I read your blog for the same reasons.

Hmm… I blog to feel a sense of accomplishment (yes, I’m selfish in that way!); and in case anyone who stumbles upon my blogs, that they might find something useful or amusing. 🙂

I’ve …erm… hehehe! realised I’ve not be seeing any of your posts, CM! Apologies for that. I shall have to rectify that fact! 😊

No worries, Tom! 🙂 My blog posts are mostly just a journal (of my alter ego) and a way to keep track of some of the fiction writing contests flying around on the internet. I don’t even have comments enabled! XD

I’m having problems following your blog, CM, my reader tells me there’s an error and to try again later. I’ll have to see if I can work a way around this…

Hmm… I tried clicking on my avatar and that takes me to my previous WordPress blog, with links to my current blogs… but the system is probably recognizing me. A mystery… sorry, Tom! Not sure where it’s landing you.

I can get to your current blog, but I can’t follow through the Reader, where I read the latest posts all in one place. I think I’ll have to try setting up my own reader somehow for the blogs I can’t follow. Eek! But I like a challenge! 🙂

All of the above, Tom 🙂 but above all the connections, even more so since we’ve been confined to our little lockdown lives, because with our words and pictures we can go anywhere. That’s freedom!

I agree, Chris. Even more freeing in fact, when you open up the imagination!

I blog for the same reasons you do plus to fill the void after I retired, be creative, and have a sense of accomplishment.

Yes, Eugenia… when the post’s posted and the job’s done… until the next one! It’s all fun!

My blogs bring connection and sanity to an unfair and cruel world.
My blog is part of my life now, a tale of the mundane made manifest. 🙂 ❤
It also doubles as a ‘dear diary’. 🙂 ❤
Blessed be! 🙂 ❤
