Almost out of time to announce the next monthly theme! Where is time going to lately?

For June, as the days are getting warmer, which means more time to relax, recline and reflect, I’ve chosen the next theme to be simply:

Reflection

If you so wish to use the theme for one or more of your posts during June, here are all the details you need:

There aren’t any rules actually, just a few guidelines:

  • Write a post (or more, if your imagination is well and truly fired!) based on the theme I provide. The post can take any form / genre / length you choose.
  • Link your post to the post on this blog (Beyond the Sphere) that introduces the theme for the month (so basically, THIS POST for June’s theme!)
  • Visit other bloggers who take part, and read their interpretation of the theme.
  • And that’s it! Oh, and if you could pass the word on, that would be lovely. The more the merrier after all!

And have fun!

I seem to be experiencing a few problems with pingbacks, they don’t always come through for some reason, so if you do link to this post could you also pop in a quick comment so we know you’ve taken part? Thanks!

  1. First – let me say that I LOVE the new theme you’ve selected for your blog. It’s bright and cheery and extremely easy on the eyes. I had thought about changing my photo blog – which is dark – to a lighter color but I think photographs show up best against a black background. GREAT choice…. !!!
Second – Woo – Hoo … on Reflectionf ro the new theme for June. I wrote something on this topic a while ago. Now, I have something for your month of June theme.
Hope you have a great week and a fabulous June.
    Toodles,
    Isadora 😎

And yes, it seems I am still having pingback problems… only my own seem to be working. Most odd!

              1. I’m not sure how to correct issues on WP. Usually, I keep my fingers crossed and it takes care of itself. My computer has little people inside who hear what I say and fix it. 🙏🏻

                1. I could do with some of those little people in my computer… they may even be able to train the gremlins that lurk in there!

            2. And what do you know, Isadora? There, in my Spam Folder was your pingback! I must apologise for it being treated so shoddily, but as soon as I saw it I promptly marked it as not spam and released it. Hopefully, the pingback problem has now been resolved…

              1. Isn’t it weird sometimes? Bloggers I’ve followed for years, at times, are in my SPAM box. : 0
I’m happy you were able to resolve the issue. 😎

  2. Good theme! Do you have a Twitter account? I shared this post using the Twitter icon at the bottom of the post, but wanted to copy you in too but couldn’t find a Twitter account for you?

    1. Hi Vanessa! Thanks for sharing… I’d forgotten about the Twitter thing! I used to have an account, but haven’t used it in years, unfortunately. The only ‘social media’ site I have now is Google+ and I don’t even use that!

  4. Lately I’ve had so little time for reflection I feel like a vampire (they don’t show up in mirrors, do they?) but I will reflect upon this image-in-native theme!

[…] On reflection, I spent much of the afternoon in fitting two large wall mirrors in the lounge of the main house.  Pictures reflecting that reflection will await a daylight when we are actually home.  I also cleared a courtyard of loads of stone, sand and wood strewn there with gay abandon by the various builders who have tramped their messy way through there over the past several months.
