My Planet

A place of unimaginable beauty.
Perfection in everything.
Living.
Floating.
Growing.
Half in shadow, half in light, surrounded by an endless night.
With a single companion our world journeys on
At just the right distance from the Sun.
Abundant with life, with just enough air…
I know I’m grateful that I live there.

Other worlds have their own haunting alien beauty that stirs the human spirit as we found with Pluto. But our world is unique and wonderful in its life giving qualities. .. It is awesomely beautiful and I too am grateful for it…It is a jewel amongst worlds and to be celebrated and wondered at 🙂
