If you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, march on down there and turn it on yourself.
Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness. It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light. There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it. Give light and the darkness will disappear by itself. It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.
Following the light of the sun, we left the Old World. Christopher Columbus.
Follow the light. Dissolve the darkness.
If you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, march on down there and turn it on yourself.
If you wish to travel far and fast, travel light. Remove all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness and fears.
Many hands make light work.
Give light, and people will find the way.
And Feel Good in and with the light. It’s so much better than all that murky darkness.
Thanks, Tom. 🙂

Hear. Hear.
I’d rather the reflection of the candle in the mirror lit my way than my going down that tunnel in the dark to switch on the light. Aah!

It’s a lot better than being bogged down in dark stuff, VK.
I don’t mean my Halloween dark stuff either, when I say that… that’s light, in comparison as well!
Hope you’re having a happy also!

I’ve been down that tunnel a few times and apart from the time the light was a train coming the other way it was worth the struggle!!! 🙂
God Bless my friend!!!

Ah yes… the train lights. Need to keep out of their way. Prenin – unless you were chasing them, that is…

Wonderful picture, Tom. reminds me of the Hellfire Caves in Buckinghamshire. And so good to focus on the light: a powerful image to carry away with me today.
May I say, your blog is looking superlative!

Thanks, Kate. The photo may well be from those very caves, it’s just an image I found on one of those photo sharing sites, but I couldn’t tell you where it is…
