Take a deep breath in and focus on your forehead, just between the eyes. Breathe out slowly. On the next in-breath, imagine a beautiful soft blue light appearing just where your attention is resting. As your breathing returns to its normal rhythm, notice something appear within the light. Whatever this 'something' is, is for your imagination to decide. It may be a shape... another light... an animal... a memory... or even a message. Whatever it is, it's all good. Sit in the light and watch what your imagination is creating for you. Stay as long as you have time for, and when the image and the soft blue light fade away, gently stretch.
It's good to take a moment for yourself every once in a while. It's good to give your imagination its time to shine.
