Gorgeous picture, Tom, and Orion is one of my favourite constellations. He stalks the sky upside down here!

I never thought of the constellations looking differently from the different sides of the planet, Chris, but I suppose they must. You learn something new every day!

The other much more puzzling thing is (although obvious when you think about it) is the sun rises in the east, goes NORTH, then sets in the west. It seemed so WRONG at first!

I wonder where the point is where it all flips over? And, now my mind is working overtime, what actually happens there?

A trip to the Equator is in order! The other thing is the way that water runs away down the plug hole – clockwise or anti-clockwise?

I’ve heard it’s a myth that the water only goes one way down the plug hole, Chris… but I’ve only ever seen it go one way. Now which way that is, however, I can’t remember. That is odd! 😀

So the answer is both yes and no then! I love it when things are cleared up like this! 😀
