Yes, before you mistake the above photo for another of my fabulous Selfies, I thought I’d set the record straight!
It’s actually the top of a loaf I’ve just made. I say I, but I only added the ingredients.

I used to do a lot of baking when the kids were younger and I loved the smell of freshly baked cake! 😛 ❤
Sometimes there was more flour on the floor and the work top than went into the cake!!! 😛 ❤
