Silence surrounds solitude
Like a whispered embrace
An invisible barrier
Or blanket
Keeping the outside at bay
And holding paradise within
Wherever it is needed
Whenever it is called
And however the mind wants to go there

We can create that paradise within at any given moment.. Now would be the best time to manifest the beauty and peace and calm within to create the same outside of ourselves..

Things are very quiet here Tom, just occasional bursts of antisocial sound from the flat above or voices carried from one of the ground floor flats who keeps her windows open all day.

The virus is worrying, but I’ve had it and I’m now well again, if bored!!! 🙂 ❤

  It is quiet, Prenin. Yesterday the quiet sounded all the more eerie with a constant whistling wind.
