Dear Legs,
How good you’ve been to help me with my long overdue exercises this week. Yes, I’m aware that I haven’t actually ran that many steps, but it is always good to start gently and then build up. At least by doing what I have done, I have given myself just a little more energy – a little get up and go – and I can climb stairs without gasping for as many breaths as I had done so before. And here I was last week complaining about you throbbing with vigour. You do a lot, so thank you.
Dear Lion’s Gate Portal,
I’m pleased you have opened this week, and sent bursts of energy in our direction. I must apologise for not really knowing that much about you, as I’d only started hearing about you about a month ago, but you are a fascinating phenomenon – and one that can be felt! I must also apologise for not knowing the correct way to address you; Lionsgate Portal, Lions Gate Portal or Lion’s Gate Portal… at least I’ve used all three over the past couple of weeks, so it’s all good! Here’s to more great energy!
Dear Blogging,
I think my energy levels are on the increase again. I’m feeling inspired, although inspiration at times does need a bit of persuasion to make an appearance – but in the end it does, so it’s all good. I may even get back into writing, reading and commenting very soon… but one step at a time.
Dear Painting,
It has been another week without anything being painted, I know. With my energy levels being on the up, I may get around to painting again next week. My intention is to paint at least once a fortnight, and share the outcome here on the blog. I need the practice, I know, and not doing anything isn’t getting me anywhere near the practice I need. Time to start stirring those creative artistic energies once again, methinks!
Dear Third Eye,
I’m still working on opening you, so don’t worry. Since I’ve started those ‘exercises’ (namely meditation!) I have been feeling a lot calmer, and long may it continue. Just breathing seems to draw a lot of positive energy in, and the more positive the better. Here’s to more spiritual openings!

Have I noticed the impossible? I seem to be experiencing moments where I can actually gather a breath! Not that I’m complaining, I hasten to add. Please continue to improve this excellent balance, and all will be well. Thank you for what you’ve done so far!

Another round up of letters completed. Slightly shorter than usual, but we’re saving energy here at Beyond the Sphere this week. Not using as many letters for the letters, so to speak. Saving energy isn’t a bad thing for the environment either (types I with three rooms lit up brightly and I only use one at a time… best get that sorted!) Have a good weekend with an amazingly fabulous uplift to your energies also – however you wish to use them.
