The Lost Selfie

Leaden legs lugged me
Begrudgingly up the stairs;
Land of Nod beckons.

For today’s post, I had planned a quirky rhyme to go along with a new Selfie.

Too tired to even think about anything other than sleep, I wrote the 5-7-5 verse above. I completely missed myself in the Selfie, however.

But still, the post must go on… but me… I’m turning in! Good night all!

    Awesome words! And cool selfie… I think the invisible nature works perfectly with them!

      Thanks, Charlie. I must admit that I prefer the invisible Selfies myself. I think the camera does as well…

    LOL … I could have sworn I saw an image. A mystical spirit – Perhaps?
    Great poem, Tom. 😀

      Thanks, Isadora. There is a mysterious figure in that image – I’ve seen it myself!
